1 General Terms and Definitions

Throughout this Agreement, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the playbdt website (https://playbdt.ws), its Progressive Web App (PWA), all associated pages, and any services delivered through them.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a playbdt account and is accessing or using any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds, whether deposited or won, held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, matched deposit awards, or other non-cashable incentives credited to an Account under a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Player must bet the total of the deposit and Bonus Funds before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, or from which playbdt has elected not to accept Players.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency of account on the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the general principles of international commercial law and are written in English, which shall be the authoritative language for interpretation. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall not be legally binding.

playbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, playbdt will provide notice through a prominent announcement on the Platform. The most current version of the Terms is always available at https://playbdt.ws/terms-conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register an account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not located in, resident of, or a citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any other online gambling platform for breach of terms or fraudulent conduct.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that has led, or may lead, to financial harm to yourself or others. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to visit our Responsible Gaming page before proceeding.
• You are using funds that belong to you and that have been obtained lawfully. Funding your account with proceeds of criminal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy.

playbdt reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by playbdt may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein. Real-money winnings accrued prior to verification will be held pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. playbdt employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, playbdt reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, void any pending bets, and confiscate any Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

playbdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. All Players will be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed, and may be required to verify at earlier stages at playbdt's discretion. Verification typically requires the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, confirming ownership.

All documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and submitted in their original form. playbdt may request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient to satisfy verification requirements. The KYC process is conducted solely for the purposes of legal compliance, fraud prevention, and player safety — your documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. playbdt will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify playbdt immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. playbdt shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

playbdt accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap, though individual payment provider limits may apply based on your registered tier with that provider. All deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

playbdt does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are the responsibility of the Player and are not reimbursed by playbdt. You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account closure and return of funds.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering principles.
• Any active Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before the portion of balance derived from those bonuses becomes withdrawable.
• playbdt targets a withdrawal processing time of 1 to 24 hours for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

playbdt reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests before processing. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high platform demand or where verification is outstanding.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All funds on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees because no conversion takes place — what you deposit in BDT is what you bet and withdraw in BDT. playbdt does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Attempts to fund an account from a foreign-currency payment instrument will be declined or returned.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

playbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the playbdt Welcome Bonus: a 100% deposit match up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay and must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold stated in the active promotion at the time of sign-up. The Welcome Bonus is available to each new Player once only. Attempts to claim the Welcome Bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may lead to account closure.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a Player's Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following default conditions apply:

• The Wagering Requirement must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute differently to the Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting markets typically contribute 100% of qualifying stake. Specific contribution rates for each game are available on the promotions page.
• During active Wagering Requirements, the maximum bet per round or per market is ৳1,000 or 10% of the remaining Bonus Funds balance, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit during an active wagering period may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds are used after real-money funds in the Account Balance. Real-money winnings made during the wagering period are withdrawable at any time subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

5.4 Promotional Abuse

playbdt operates a zero-tolerance policy toward promotional abuse. Behaviour that constitutes promotional abuse includes — but is not limited to — the use of low-variance betting strategies (such as betting on both outcomes of a match) designed to convert Bonus Funds into withdrawable cash while minimising risk to the Player. Where playbdt identifies promotional abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the offending Account, and withhold any outstanding withdrawal requests pending investigation.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on playbdt — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific market rules published on the Platform at the time the market is opened. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable market rules before placing a bet. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is assigned, the bet cannot be cancelled by the Player except where a Cash Out option is expressly offered by the Platform on that market.

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, including ball-by-ball markets during BPL and IPL fixtures, are subject to a brief suspension period at the fall of each wicket, delivery of each ball, and at the end of each over, during which bets cannot be placed. This is a technical requirement of live market management and does not constitute a Platform malfunction. playbdt reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed on a market where the outcome was already known at the time of placement due to data feed delays.

6.2 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games available on the Platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play (Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Midas Fortune, Fortune Rabbit), live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, crash games from Spribe (Aviator), and all other titles — are provided by third-party game suppliers under licence. The Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in all non-live games are independently certified for fairness by the respective suppliers. playbdt does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's last confirmed state at the time of disconnection. playbdt is not responsible for losses arising from client-side disconnections caused by the Player's device, internet service provider, or local network conditions. The minimum bet across most casino games is ৳10 per spin or round; the minimum live dealer table stake is ৳20.

6.3 Game Availability

playbdt reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game or betting market at any time without prior notice. This may occur due to supplier licensing changes, regulatory requirements, scheduled maintenance, or technical issues. Bets already placed on a market or game round that is subsequently suspended will be settled according to the applicable market rules for suspended events.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check.
• Using funds deposited to the Platform that have been obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful means.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or Platform vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers such an error must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it. Winnings obtained through exploitation of known or unknown errors are void and will be recovered.
• Collusion with other Players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, sharing bonus funds between accounts, or coordinating bets to guarantee a risk-free return through promotional mechanics.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory conduct toward playbdt staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Any conduct that, in playbdt's reasonable judgment, constitutes cheating, fraud, or an attempt to undermine the integrity of the Platform or its games.

Where playbdt suspends or closes an Account under this section, the Player will be notified by email to the address registered on the Account. The Player may appeal the decision by contacting [email protected] within 14 calendar days of receiving the notification. playbdt will review all appeals in good faith and respond within 10 business days.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

The Platform and all services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. playbdt makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content, service, or feature on the Platform. playbdt does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, although we take all reasonable technical precautions to prevent such issues.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playbdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or related to a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss, even if playbdt has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

8.3 Cap on Direct Liability

Where playbdt is found to be directly liable to a Player for any proven loss caused by playbdt's own negligence or wilful misconduct, playbdt's total aggregate liability to that Player in respect of all claims arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including game content from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming, as well as payment processing through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. playbdt is not responsible for the availability, performance, or conduct of these third-party services. Any dispute regarding a game outcome supplied by a third-party provider must be raised directly with that provider, though playbdt will endeavour to assist in good faith where possible.

8.5 Responsible Gaming Acknowledgement

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that it is possible to lose money. playbdt provides Responsible Gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. It is the Player's responsibility to use these tools if gambling is having a negative impact on their financial or personal wellbeing. playbdt accepts no liability for gambling-related harm where the Player has not made use of the available Responsible Gaming safeguards.
